ViewWise is a London-based service that helps renters—especially international students and remote movers—by acting as their local representative.
We view properties on your behalf, collect keys, and inspect your new home before you arrive. After each visit, we send you a detailed report, photos, and videos so you can make informed decisions without having to be there in person.

What’s included in a proxy viewing?
- Each viewing includes:
- A walkthrough video of the property
- High-resolution photos
- Notes on the condition, neighborhood, and overall feel
- Honest feedback based on what we see (we’ll tell you if it doesn’t match the listing!)
How soon can you carry out a viewing or check-in?
Usually within 24–48 hours depending on availability. The sooner you contact us, the better we can secure your preferred slot!
Where do you operate?

How do I book a service?

Can you work directly with my letting agent or landlord?
Yes! We’re happy to coordinate with agents or landlords to arrange viewings, key pickups, or inspections. We’ll handle the scheduling and logistics, so you don’t have to.
Is this the same as a professional property survey?
No—we don’t provide legal or structural surveys. Our service is designed for rental confidence, not property valuation or legal advice. Think of us as your friendly eyes and ears on the ground, giving you a clear picture of what to expect.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the property?
While we can’t guarantee you’ll love the property (we’re not the ones listing it!), our honest reports aim to prevent unpleasant surprises. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Can you inspect my property after I move out?
Absolutely—many clients use our services at check-out to ensure the property is left in good condition and to document its state for deposit recovery.
How do you send reports and videos?
We deliver everything digitally direct to your email which will include an attached report and a YouTube private link—usually within 24 hours of your appointment.
How much do your services cost?
